Shipping Policy
Flat Rate Shipping
We want your delivery to be as smooth and fast as possible, so we offer shipping at a flat rate for our customers. We have partnered with a company who assists small business to give the best flat rate shipping to our customers no matter where you are located in the United States.
Local Pickup
We believe in making deliveries more affordable, so we are offering a local pickup option at our warehouse in Old Hickory, TN to save you the cost of shipping. If you think this could be an option for you, select local pickup in the options menu during checkout and we will provide you with the times available for pickup.
Returns
Each of our micro batches are curated to deliver high-quality coffee to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your specialty coffee purchase, we do offer a one-time satisfaction courtesy replacement. Please send an email to SummitSistersCoffee@gmail.com for more information. If your item is damaged in delivery please send us a picture and description of the items damage and we will provide you with a replacement. We are not held responsible for lost or misplaced coffee.
